SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm. If this isn’t possible, we will contact you to let you know.

All shipping within Thailand is a flat rate of ฿ 80

We offer free shipping on all orders over ฿ 500 - within Thailand only.

We use Thailand Post or Kerry to deliver our parcels. You will get notified of your order tracking number from shipping company so that you may follow the delivery to your nominated address.

International orders: At this stage, we don’t offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not happy with your product. Please contact us within 7 days and let us know. We will happily replace any item that has arrived damaged or is deemed faulty.

While we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased, we do not refund for change of mind purchases.

You will receive payment credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not exchange items for ‘change of mind’, so please choose carefully.
